Wildcats Go Gold Spirit Day is now taking place…the entire month of September!
Considering our current environment, we have adapted the event to take place for the entire month of September providing greater flexibility and creativity in keeping the “spirit” and momentum going.
This month marks the sixth year for the Wildcats Go Gold Spirit Day which has been recognized as the most popular Fall event for the Mt. Pleasant Wildcats. Spirit Day typically brings together athletes, cheerleaders, spectators and families from Mt. Pleasant, Armonk, Pleasantville and Valhalla communities to stand up together in the fight against childhood cancer. This year’s event will be extended for the entire month of September to offer families and businesses greater flexibility to participate while adhering to specific guidelines and challenges while “gathering”.
“Our motivation and drive is for the brave little warriors fighting everyday, the survivors, the beautiful angels and the families who fight and struggle everyday,” Lori Pfeiffer, Director for the Board for the TLC Foundation and event organizer.
