Twelfth Annual Mess Fest | August 2, 2025
Twelfth Annual Mess Fest
Once again, the TLC Foundation/Muddy Puddles has teamed up with Kiwi Country Day Camp to host the annual “Mess Fest” along with everybody’s favorite celebrity puddle jumper, Peppa Pig! The Muddy Puddles Project, a fundraising platform for TLC, is the official charity partner for Peppa Pig in the US.
The Muddy Puddles “Mess Fest” is a huge event in the tri-state area. The format for the “Mess Fest” event is widespread with various tented areas and a wide range of family-friendly activities including swimming, paddle boats, rope courses, climbing walls, ziplines, treasure hunts, pie tosses, the Slopstacle course, splatter paint, glitter crafts, food fights, a jumbo slip n’ slide, raffles, bounce houses, tons of other activities and hundreds of kid-friendly prizes (and of course, don’t forget the giant muddy puddles for jumping and a fire truck to hose kids off)!
MORE INFORMATION WILL BE AVAILABLE IN EARLY 2025!
Thirteenth Annual Sprint TYathlon | September 6, 2025
Registration Will Be Open Soon!
The TYathlon sprint triathlon brings together a combination of seasoned pros (our elite field is fierce!) as well as many beginners who are just getting their start in the triathlon world. The 5K is family-friendly, and allows for strollers on the course. It is typically a gorgeous morning with perfect fall-like weather at Lake Mahopac. The sprint tri begins at 7:00 AM and the 5K kicks off at 9:30 AM.
Please join us on Saturday, September 6, as we celebrate the important work being done to help change the landscape for children diagnosed with cancer. All proceeds support the Ty Louis Campbell Fellowship at New York-Presbyterian Weill Cornell.
Wildcats Spirit Day | September 28, 2025
Eleventh Annual Spirit Day
On Sunday, September 28, the Wildcats will be hosting its 11th Annual Spirit Day at Westlake High School, where more than 400 athletes ranging from grades one through six will be participating.
With over 1,000 people in attendance, Spirit Day is a large outdoor event for kids to participate in athletic games while helping to raise money to fight against childhood cancer. The success of Spirit Day is due to our volunteers and sponsors, as well as the generosity of families and businesses in the community. This event has raised over $425,000 in the past ten years for critical pediatric cancer research.
As a part of this fun-filled day of football games, there will also be a Fall Festival — including a DJ, on-line silent auction, food trucks, plants/pumpkins for sale, games, face painting, pie-in-the-face booth, concession stands, candy bar, raffles, apparel for sale, and much more. All proceeds from this event will be donated to the Ty Louis Campbell Foundation (TLC) for childhood cancer research.
Sponsorship opportunities and event gear will be available soon.
