All Uncork & Unwine packages will be delivered “door-to-door” in time for the event,
which is why we must limit our offering to local residents only.

Participants living in these areas are invited to participate in our virtual ‘Uncork & Unwine’ event by purchasing packages
ranging from $125 – $250, which will include a donation to the Ty Louis Campbell (TLC) Foundation.

Join us as Andrew Sarubbi of McKinney & Doyle and Cynthia Kinahan of Pawling Bread Co. present a virtual evening of flavorful wines, charcuterie, cheese and dried fruit.  Andrew and Cynthia have worked together to select the perfect pairings of wine and delicious foods for your enjoyment. We’ll have some fun together as they walk us through this interactive tasting!

This wine tasting will be hosted on Zoom, an online video conferencing platform that is very easy to access via phone, tablet or computer.  Zoom is a wonderful way to safely allow our community to get together in support of children with cancer, and to celebrate one another during these difficult times. We look forward to welcoming spring and raising a glass together.

Sparkling Chenin Blanc – Bright & racy paired with dried mandarin oranges • Grenache Blanc/Gros Manseng blend – Crisp and dry paired with Ossau Iraty, one of the world’s oldest cheeses • Cru Gamay/Morgon – Rich and structured red wine paired with whole black peppercorn salami handmade in Vermont by Babette’s Table
