On Friday, May 21, Cynthia and Bill of Pawling Bread Co. treated attendees to an evening of delectable cuisine and premium beers. It was a beautiful night to gather, socialize and indulge. Cynthia, owner and operator of Pawling Bread Co. assembled a mouth watering, five course menu of comfort foods. Chad and Marri of Smoke and Smolder volunteered their time to exquisitely prepare the gourmet grilled cheese and bratwurst. Guests also enjoyed a Caesar salad, potato salad, freshly baked cookies, a delicious coconut dessert with raspberry preserves and passion fruit puree. Wicked Finch Farm of the Hudson Valley added a special treat to dessert with their handmade marshmallows.

Bill of Pawling Bread Co. was working the taps behind the bar and pouring IPA, pilsner and amber ale premium beers.

The purchase of each ticket included a tax deductible donation to the Ty Louis Campbell (TLC) Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to funding childhood cancer research to improve the overall outcome and quality of life for those children who are battling the deadliest cancers.

Special thanks to our event sponsors, George Apap Painting and Schmitt Excavating, as well as Smoke and Smolder, McGrath Cheese Company, Ace Endico, and Robyn’s Mustard, for generously donating products and time for this event.
