This year, Go Gold Spirit Day took place the entire month of September raising more than $17,000! Greater flexibility was needed among the team. Participants “dug deep” to keep the “spirit” and momentum alive during unprecedented times. Wildcats Go Gold Spirit Day, which has been recognized as the most popular Fall event for the Mt. Pleasant Wildcats, celebrated it’s sixth year in 2020.
This event typically, brings together a variety of athletes, cheerleaders, spectators and families from Mt. Pleasant, Armonk, Pleasantville and Valhalla communities. With the challenges of “social distancing” and other guidelines, this year, we proved more resilient as a team, to unite and stand up together in the midst of a pandemic, to continue the fight against childhood cancer.
